Title：Hands-on tutorial for OptiNiSt
Abstract: OptiNiSt (https://optinist.readthedocs.io) is an open source software tool that helps you to build calcium neuroimage data analysis pipelines by comparing and combining multiple tools through graphical user interface and to produce data processing scripts. In order to promote this tool, developed by the Brain/MINDS project for reproducibility and standardization of neural data analysis, we will hold a hands-on tutorial session. You can use your own note PC to experience how to build a data analysis pipeline. We recommend downloading the Docker image of OptiNiSt according to the instructions (https://github.com/oist/optinist_tutorial_preparation).
