We will develop a probabilistic reversal learning (PRL) task system for FTLD model marmosets and analyze macro neuronal circuits regulating PRL tasks in order to establish a translational test battery applicable for both patient and animal models. We will also establish a feeding behavior battery for marmosets by quantifying their feeding patterns, including food preferences. Moreover, we will clarify the mechanism of aberrant feeding patterns by investigating alterations in neuronal circuits in mouse models.
