This study revealed that MARK4 promotes stress granule formation under oxidative stress and enhances pathological tau accumulation. The findings uncover a novel molecular mechanism linking oxidative stress to tau pathology, providing new insights into dementia pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targets for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders.
