Leveraging the massive computational power of the supercomputer Fugaku, an international team led by Dr. Tadashi Yamazaki (UEC) and Dr. Anton Arkhipov (Allen Institute) collaboratively built a “digital mouse brain” model, virtually replicating the entire mouse cerebral cortex. This breakthrough was presented at SC’25, a premier international supercomputing conference.
