SeeThrough: a rationally designed skull clearing technique for in vivo brain imaging

A collaborative team led by Drs. Mikuni, Tainaka (Niigata University) and Murayama (RIKEN CBS) developed SeeThrough, a skull clearing technique that enables simple, minimally-invasive, high-resolution, mesoscale, and longitudinal imaging of the brain parenchyma and brain-skull interface without skull removal.
