(I) Project management and promotion

For understanding functions of human brains and ultimately human beings, it is indispensable to learn from non-human primates. The Brain/MINDS project has been challenging to establish the common marmosets as such a model animal and to develop novel technologies for deciphering molecular, cellular and circuit mechanisms of brain functions, aiming at an ultimate goal to overcome diseases of the human brain. Members of the Brain/MINDS office are willing to support the researchers for their challenges.
