In the project, we will develop a marmoset 3-dimentional (3D) imaging and analysis pipeline by using the updated CUBIC technology.
1) Developing methods for the 3D observation of marmoset brain: In the sub-theme, we will complete the marmoset brain clearing and staining protocols and try to accumulate applications of 3D imaging for demonstrating the feasibilities.
2) Developing methods for the 3D analysis of marmoset brain: In the sub-theme, we will develop a series of analysis pipelines and resources by using mouse brain model, and will expand to a single-cell resolution digital atlas of the marmoset brain.
