This study focuses on fibroblast aging associated with senescence and aims to develop novel therapeutic seeds targeting the regulation of abnormal fibrosis in cerebrovascular diseases. By comprehensively analyzing age-related alterations in cell–cell interactions and signaling pathways, we seek to deepen the understanding of common pathological mechanisms underlying age-related brain disorders and to identify promising therapeutic targets. Furthermore, through validation using human specimens, this research will bridge basic findings to clinical applications and establish a foundation that contributes to future societal implementation.
