In dementia, specific cells are damaged and lost. In this study, we aim to model the effect of cell death on the decision-making deep neural network (deep-RL). By combining the physiological experiments, we validate our model, and ultimately build the “digital brain for dementia” that can represent the relationship between cell death and the progression of the deficiency in decision-making.
