We will obtain data on spatial gene expression patterns and spatial patterns of amyloid β from the brains of mice at various ages, and develop a data-driven mathematical model that can integrate these data. We aim to clarify unknown links between amyloid β accumulation and the glial cell network by predicting amyloid β accumulation patterns from glial cell-related gene expression patterns in the brain.
