To understand the decision-making process of the brain, it is important to identify the hierarchical structure among genes, circuits, and behavior. This study develops a hierarchical digital brain which estimates the relationship among the three components. Successful completion of this project contributes to providing an AI-prediction of behavioral changes of animals in a field of drug development in brain diseases. We will also contribute to the Systems Neuroscience by predicting the genes and circuits for decision making.
