Development of a data-driven whole brain model for identification of disease etiological mechanisms

We will construct a seamless linkage in digital space from the analysis of dynamics to the elucidation of the etiology of neurological diseases by developing data-driven whole brain network models using Brain/MINDS databases. We will develop methods for early detection of diseases by building whole brain models focusing mainly on diffusion MRI, functional MRI, and gene expression data to seek conditions necessary for recovery from a diseased state to a healthy state.
