BrainScaler, an AI-powered framework for multi-scale brain modeling

The goal of this research is to develop BrainScaler, a data-to-model framework for the multi-scale construction of digital brains. BrainScaler is an AI-powered tool designed to identify, organize, and connect diverse multiscale parameters and multispecies data from various sources. This will enable reliable specification of digital brains while ensuring interoperability with platforms such as the Brain/MINDS Connectivity Resource (BMCR) and The Virtual Brain (TVB).
