This study aims to develop M-SOREDA (Marmoset-Social Repertory Detection Analysis), a platform for analyzing social behaviors in common marmosets and evaluating disease states in model animals. Using multiple cameras, we will record social behaviors and apply machine learning to summarize behavioral patterns from motion data. This approach seeks to enable precise detection and visualization of symptoms related to psychiatric and neurological disorders.
